Coffee beans galore!

We are delgithed to introduce our retail offering featuring a variety of different coffees from our house roasters and our guest roasters .

Our current staff favourite is ’s beautiful natural Bolivian Geisha for Freak & Unique IX from a plot on one of the Los Rodriguez farms, with the coffee grown amongst native tress, shade and pathes of wild forest to help conserve the biodiversity of the farms. 

For any non-coffee drinkers, we have ’s incredible single-origin hot chocolate available too!

Since we’ve launched, the kitchen team have been working on an array of weekly specials that allow them to test their ideas and creativity.

This week has been our favourite so far with this smashed beets dish keeping us firmly ‘rooted’* in the warmer days gone by.

*pun intended

It’s the final day to grab this:

Roast beetroot and cashew smash on toast, with feta or miso and tofu vegan feta; topped with petit pois sautéed in garlic butter with dill and mint. Served on delicious rye bread.

Katsu Sando - panko crumbed fried tofu, house katsu curry sauce, shredded romaine lettuce & pickled apple on two slices of our homemade shokupan loaf.

Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Chickpea Soup - served with toasted almond, pomegranate molasses and a homemade garlic & coriander naan bread!

Korean Inspired Salad Bowl:

Crispy rice squares, butternut squash with toasted seeds, pan-fried puff tofu, pickled radishes, pickled carrot & pickled chilli, homemade kimchi & black garlic hummus, furikake seasoned cucumber, fresh spring onion, sliced avocado - all on a a bed of fresh romaine lettuce and drizzled in a Korean style dressing.

First look at some of the amazing dishes on our new seasonal menu…

The fabulous .go and have been working non-stop to make our in-house kitchen a reality and they’ve absolutely smashed it!

We’re starting small this week, easing our way in with a selection of breakfast items and sandwiches!

To wet your appetite, here we have our house made granola and porridge and a vegan muffaletta (we can all vouch for how delicious this is!)

We’re open 8:30-4pm (kitchen until 3pm), see you soon!
