A simple stir-fried Vietnamese Chicken Pho Noodle dish.

Everything is cooked fresh to order. The chicken is lightly seared first and set aside while the rest of the dish comes together in the wok.

A little tip when using fresh pho noodles: soak them in cold water for around 30 minutes before cooking. Once softened, blanch them in boiling water for 1–2 minutes.

The noodles are then tossed with fresh vegetables, spring onions, a touch of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and chicken powder. The chicken is added back in at the end and everything is quickly stir-fried together over a high heat.

We finish ours with crispy fried shallots and a squeeze of fresh lime.

Simple ingredients, 👌.

One of the best Vietnamese street boxes you can order from us is our Salt & Pepper King Prawn with Egg Fried Rice. Served with fresh lettuce, pickled vegetables, and sriracha mayo.

We use fresh king prawns that are lightly coated and gently fried to give them the perfect crunch while keeping them juicy inside. Everything is made to order, so it’s as fresh as it gets.

We serve it on a lettuce leaf so it doesn’t stick, but you can also use the lettuce to wrap the fried rice and prawns, giving it an extra layer of flavour and texture. 👌

One of the best things you can order from our Vietnamese restaurant here in Manchester Chinatown is one of our Vietnamese street boxes to take away.

This is our Surf & Turf Street Box served with boiled rice. Everything is made to order, so it’s always prepared fresh, including the prawns.

The steak is marinated overnight with lemongrass, chillies, and traditional Vietnamese seasonings. The prawns are lightly coated, deep fried, and then tossed in our salt and pepper seasoning. It’s served with pickled vegetables, lettuce, and sriracha mayo.

You can choose from boiled rice, egg fried rice, or salt and pepper fries.

Our street boxes are available for takeaway every day from 12pm to 4pm, except Tuesdays.
