Pub classics, reimagined 👀🍴

🥔 Oxbridge pork sausages, served with silky creamy mash, rich caramelised onion gravy and finished with crispy shallots.

🍄 Black pudding sourdough, layered with delicate prosciutto, tangy pickled mushrooms and a generous dollop of Branston pickle whipped butter.

🍤 King prawn linguine, tossed through a rich tomato and chilli sauce for the perfect balance of sweetness and heat.
