We’ve not been keeping it a secret, but have been struggling to find words to communicate how we feel about the ending of The Pizzeria era. As always with our little shop we are filled full of the entire range of emotions!
The short of it is: we’re closing permanently, and anticipating next Sunday (23rd Nov) being our last night open ☹️
To continue our lease next year would mean a 35% increase in rent, plus the electricity, staff and other costs are only going in one direction ⬆️. We’d need to sell lots more pizzas at a time when everyone else is also feeling the pinch! Sadly it isn’t a financial commitment we can take a gamble on again as a family.
Before Christmas we hope to do a few nights at Northenden Untapped and Toast in Withington. We will communicate these on here so will keep the account going, and please keep following us!
From the bottom of our hearts thank you so very much for all your support, friendship and for trusting us to feed you over the last 5 and a half years.
We will be open 5-10pm Thursday-Sunday this week and we hope to see you all for one last order (or two 🤣). Join us in stuffing ourselves full of as much as pizza as possible before we close.
