Well, what an absolutely fabulous day we had last Saturday 😊! The weather was perfect, everyone enjoyed sitting & relaxing in the garden during the day, and long into the evening. Tea & cakes were served in the afternoon followed by a large buffet supper in the evening with no less than 5 puddings to choose from😬😋!!
I am so very grateful to all of you who supported the day, either by coming in person, donating money or buying some raffle tickets, I really have been stoked by your generosity! The lovely Allison Moore won first prize which is a night’s stay for two people in my lovely Barn, congratulations 🥳!!
And now the moment you have all been waiting for😬…….
THE AMOUNT RAISED WAS THE AMAZING SUM OF £1430🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳!!!
So thank you again from the bottom of my heart to all those who helped achieve that figure, it really was a fantastic result that made all my hard work (& my helpers’), worthwhile🙏😍
The money will go to Viva! and Animal Aid, both of whom tirelessly campaign against all forms of animal abuse, Hillside Animal Sanctuary which, apart from saving the lives of all manner of different animals (farmed, wild & domestic), also promotes the vegan diet and lifestyle 🥳, and finally Pudz, the local animal charity which takes in abandoned & injured animals to then rehome them.

Hello all my lovely followers, the bunting is out, the oven is ready to cook all those delicious cakes, puddings & savoury dishes, and it looks like the sun will be shining for my Vegan Fundraising Day this Saturday, 8th August. I am really looking forward to seeing some of you during the day for tea & cakes, then more of you for a fabulous buffet in the evening😋😋

I am very pleased to announce the proposed menu for my VEGAN FUNDRAISING PARTY on Saturday 8th August😊
Thank you so much to those of you who have already donated or purchased raffle tickets (message me for a/c details if you can’t attend & would still like to support the event😊).
There will be tea/coffee & cakes served in the afternoon (if you can’t come later), 2.00pm till 4.00pm, £5 minimum donation, followed by a large buffet party starting at 6.30pm onwards, £25 minimum donation. ALL PROCEEDS will be going to animal charities, local & national, including Viva!, Pudz and others😊

Thank you so much to all those who have booked to come to my FUNDRAISING EVENT on SATURDAY 8th AUGUST, which, weather permitting, I am hoping to hold in the garden as well as the house 🤞 If you are unable to attend in the evening then tea and cakes will be available during the afternoon 🍰 🧁 😋 (£5+ donation). There will also be a raffle (£1 per ticket), the first prize of which will be a night’s stay in my lovely Barn (see below) from where you will get close up views of my nightly visitors 🦡 🦡 🦡! There will be a large vegan Buffet in the evening, with some of your favourites (Chocolate Mousse Cheezecake, Sticky Toffee Puuding Cake😬😋😋!!), minimum donation £25. Again, if you are unable to attend on the day, you are welcome to buy raffle tickets in advance, payment by bacs or PayPal 👍(info will be provided).
If you haven’t already done so, please do message me to book, either for the evening or afternoon, so that I know how many to cater for, & also if you have any allergies. I am soooo hoping to raise as much money as possible for the worthy animal charities who tirelessly do such amazing work to save as many beautiful souls as possible 🥰 ALL PROCEEDS will be donated 😊

Many many thanks for everyone's kind comments following my previous post and announcement, I really appreciate your kind words and I'm looking forward to seeing some of you in the coming months. I'm also really pleased that there has been a great response to my Fundraising Event on Saturday 8th August🥳 (hopefully taking place in the garden, weather permitting🤞🤞!). As previously mentioned, it would be amazing if we could raise as much as possible for the worthy animal charities, national and local, but if you can't attend, do consider making a donation or buying some raffle tickets 😊

ADVANCE NOTICE of my Big Fundraising Party on Saturday 8th August (hopefully in the garden!), Tea/Coffee and Cakes from 2.00pm onwards followed by a Vegan Buffet Supper from 6.30pm + Raffle. Please pop the date in your diary, ALL PROCEEDS will be going to animal charities and it would be great to raise as much as possible as THIS WILL BE MY VERY LAST EVENT 🙀🥲 Due to rising food and energy prices and crippling insurances I have made the sad decision to finish my events following this Fundraising Party 😥 So it really would be super fabulous if as many of you could come to make it an amazing final event and to raise lots of money for very worthy animal causes. 🥰
