A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at the pub to watch the solar eclipse!
Even with the overcast skies putting a bit of a dampener on the view, the sky was still beautiful!
Sometimes it's not just about what you see in the sky - it's about who you're sharing the moment with!

We’re getting ready for the solar eclipse, and what better place to take it all in than from our terrace with gorgeous views of the Malvern hills, hopefully we can all get a glimpse of tonight’s special event!

The eclipse is due to begin shortly after 6pm with the full eclipse expected between 7.02pm and 7.16pm

We don’t have any protective eyewear so please bring along your own if you have any and settle in with a drink while you enjoy this incredible sight from one of the best views around!

This is something that we offer all through the summer, but if there is a week for it, it's an excuse for us to remind you about it.

Our Afternoon Tea menu is available from Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 3pm and 5pm, priced at £23.95 per person, or £26.95 per person if you'd like to add a little sparkle with Prosecco.

Meet Vicky!

Vicky has been with us since March 2024. Always smiling with lots of energy, she is constantly on the go and busy, not only working every lunchtime, but also helping out keeping the pub pristine with the cleaning crew.

In her spare time, her and her husband run a cattle farm, she breeds gorgeous Daschund's, and is incredible with a sewing machine, you name it she can make it. When she is not running around, you can find her with a cup of tea or a rum catching up with friends or watching her talented daughter's band.

Favourite Drink - Worlds end Rum perfectly paired with ginger beer
Favourite menu item - Vietnamese Prawn rice noodle salad or of course our classic Hot Nutella filled doughnuts 😋

✨ Meet Molly! ✨

Molly has been part of the team since February 2024, and we’re so lucky to have her!

With a background working in hotels and islands across Japan, Molly has had a wonderfully varied upbringing, living across the world and travelling extensively along the way. 🌍 Her adventures have given her an incredible knowledge of food, flavours and cooking techniques from all over the world — something she brings into everything she does with us.

Originally graduating with a degree in Archaeology, Molly quickly discovered that her real passion was food. She chose to stay with us and pursue her career in the industry, and she’s absolutely excelling!
Last year, she even took home the Young Chef of the Year award for Best Pudding 🍰

And she’s not stopping there… Molly has plenty in the pipeline for our menus and is raring to go. We can’t wait to see what she creates next!

When she’s not in the kitchen, Molly is a master of Dungeons & Dragons and pretty much every board game imaginable — and yes, she does win them all! 🎲
