We've enjoyed a busy week here at Chapel Kitchen at the Wesley Centre, welcoming many first-time visitors and regular customers to our beautiful venue.

At the same time, we've been working behind the scenes with a wonderful volunteer to prepare for the launch of our new Chatty Café sessions.

Starting on Wednesday, 5 August at 2.15pm, and continuing every week thereafter, Chatty Café will be a relaxed and friendly space to enjoy a chat, meet new people and connect with others in the community.

So, why not come and join us?

Ooooh it's a bit warm out there right now, but we've stocked up the fridges with plenty of refreshing drinks for you 🥤.

Sammy made elderflower cordial the other day which is delicious with lemonade - ask at the counter if you fancy trying some. Once it's gone, it's gone 😉😎

Open Tuesday to Saturday, 8.30am - 4pm. Find us on Saville Street, with two hours' free parking a few steps away on the Market Place, and just a short walk from Malton's rail and bus stations

After mostly ignoring Thursday's weather ☔ we're getting ready for an exciting, busy (and sunny?) weekend. New quiche, more scones (of course), vegetable crisps in waiting, a particularly glorious Victoria Sponge ... 😋

We'd love to see you if you're in Malton on Friday or Saturday for the summer Feastival , for your regular shopping, or just looking for something good to eat and/or drink.

After our Environmental Health Officer visit yesterday, we're delighted to display our five-star rating for food hygiene. Well done to Sammy and the team 👏

Find us five minutes' drive off the A64 on Saville Street in Malton town centre - with up to two hours' free parking close by on the Market Place, and just a short stroll from Malton's bus and rail stations, we're easy to find and hard to leave behind!
