Our initial conversation to start a meal prep business originated back in 2022

A lot has happened since then

And since we decided to rekindle the idea in November.

It took less than 4 weeks to get up and running and our first meals going out

This isn’t just 2 guys cooking up a bunch of food in their homes

It’s a full scale operation with professionals and systems in place to keep food quality and service high

Our meals sit between 350-500 calories
40-50g protein as standard
