It's World Mental Health Day!

Mental health is health. And taking care of your mind deserves the same attention, compassion, and care as taking care of your body.

Today, let’s break the stigma, check in with the people we care about, and remember that it’s okay to not be okay. Sometimes, simply asking “How are you really doing?” can make a world of difference.

Be kind to yourself. Be there for others. And never be afraid to reach out for support! Fusion has a number of groups and projects to support mental wellbeing, we have listed a few in the post but if you want more information check out our website https://www.fusionhlc.org.uk/, call 01622 691177 or pop in the centre today!

If you feel you need mental health support now you can use the following support lines:
• Samaritans - 24/7 helpline – free – Call: 116 123
• SHOUT - 24/7 textline - Free – Text: 85258
