Come to The Herbalist hungry, you’re going to want to know about this one. 👀

The Dutton Ranch Board is proper BBQ territory - burnt ends, Texas hot smoked sausage, pulled beef brisket, mac & cheese bites, slaw and fries, all piled onto one very serious board.

Bring your mates. Order a few drinks. Get stuck in. 🍖🍺

The only difficult decision is who gets the last burnt end.

Meet Tino 👋

From her early days in pubs and restaurants to becoming Head Chef at The Herbalist, Tino has spent years developing her craft — with a particular passion for bold flavours, smoked food and American-inspired cooking.

Now, she’s bringing her own ideas to the kitchen at The Herbalist, with a menu that’s fresh, adventurous and always evolving.

We caught up with Tino to hear more about her journey, her culinary inspirations and what’s next for the menu, via The Herbalist blog!
