From her early days in pubs and restaurants to becoming Head Chef at The Herbalist, Tino has spent years developing her craft — with a particular passion for bold flavours, smoked food and American-inspired cooking.

Now, she’s bringing her own ideas to the kitchen at The Herbalist, with a menu that’s fresh, adventurous and always evolving.
