To the residents of Manchester,

We, at Simys Whippy Professionals, are addressing recent misunderstandings regarding our business practices. We've been made aware of false claims circulating, and we want to clarify our position.

We have never intentionally sought to take business from anyone. However, if we identify an area without an ice cream vendor, we see no issue in serving customers there. We respect the hard work of our fellow vendors and will not knowingly operate in an area where another ice cream van is already established.

We are currently in the process of obtaining the necessary licenses and permits to operate legally within Manchester. Once licensed, we will return to the streets, committed to serving our community responsibly.

We kindly request that the people of Manchester share this post to clear up any confusion, particularly regarding the situation with Ms. Loretta. We want to state that we have never met or spoken to her, nor have we mentioned her in any context. However, if our actions have caused her any distress, we offer our sincere apologies and assure her that we will not operate in her area, even after obtaining our license.
