A timeless design for a timeless venue.

This five-tier wedding cake was created for a celebration at Hedsor House, featuring soft ivory tones, delicate hand-crafted sugar florals and statement ruffled blooms finished with subtle gold detailing. The floral arrangement cascades naturally through the tiers, creating elegance and movement while allowing the intricate sugar work to take centre stage.

Set against the grand staircase at Hedsor, the cake felt perfectly at home amongst the venue’s beautiful architecture and romantic surroundings.

All soft pinks and blues for this piped buttercream flower cake at Hedsor last month. A proper nod to spring and easily one of my favourite palettes to work with.

Finished with a light touch of gold and paired with fresh flowers from , which brought everything together beautifully for that staircase moment.

A beautifully considered wedding at , expertly planned by .

This three-tier design was inspired by the bride’s dress, translating delicate lace into soft, understated detail across each tier. Subtle, textural, and intentionally restrained.

The lace was created using “The Wedding Necessities” mould from — a perfect fit for the brief.

I absolutely love it when I am sent the professional photos of one of our cakes. captured our colourful Lambeth cake PERFECTLY at . Our couple asked us to create this cake in shades of pink and peach, with a personalised monogram of their initials.

Delicately hand piped in buttercream with little pink roses, this vintage cake sat perfectly in the dramatic staircase. And just check out the flower meadow from . PERFECTION!

How about this for a croquembouche. Over 400 choux buns, standing at more than a metre tall, set in the extraordinary Hintze Hall at the Natural History Museum.

Everything about this venue is pure class. One of the most dramatic spaces in London, and it calls for something equally bold. Each choux is dipped in crisp, delicate caramel and filled with the most luxurious crème pâtissière.

Expertly planned by and beautifully catered by , this was an event set to perfection, finished with stunning florals from at .

The brief was a natural wildflower cake in soft blues and greens, set within the most visually perfect styling by – truly a master of wedding planning. The whole setting felt effortlessly elegant and so thoughtfully put together.

And the flowers… wow. What an incredible backdrop created by . The way the florals filled the space made the whole house feel like you’d stepped into the outdoors. Pure magic.

This one felt like pure vintage romance at . Classic Lambeth piping, satin bows and cherries for a little playful edge, all in soft ivory tones. It’s elegant but still fun, and I love how the deep cherry colour pops against all that detail.

The photographer absolutely nailed the mood. The lighting and styling feel like an old painting, and it shows off every bit of piping and texture perfectly. Such a beautiful, timeless way to capture a cake.
