👨‍🍳 A warm welcome to Wojciech! 👨‍🍳

We’re excited to welcome Wojciech, our new Sous Chef, to The Boathouse team! We’re looking forward to seeing what he brings to the kitchen (and, of course, eating the results 😋).

And if you needed another reason to pop down… THE CRAB IS BACK! 🦀 Our hand-picked dressed crab with mayonnaise, served with fries — a Boathouse favourite.
Plus, a few of the specials currently making their way out of the kitchen:

🍽️ Whole grilled plaice, capers & brown butter sauce, fennel & new potatoes
🐟 Cod loin, new potatoes, watercress & miso cucumber
🥩 Harissa pork tomahawk, new potatoes, seasonal greens & mustard sauce
🍔 Wagyu cheeseburger with bacon, relish & fries
🍎 Apple tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream

Come and meet Wojciech, grab a table by the river and see what’s on the specials board this week. 🌿🦀

Meet the Team Tuesday 👋

This week, meet Frank, our Deputy Manager 🇮🇪

If you’re in for a Guinness, Frank’s the one to ask 🍺

Outside of work, he’s kept busy with boxing, gaming and being a full-time parent.

Catch Frank around the Boathouse and say hello next time you’re in.
