Well, we had a very successful start to the weekend but despite all the sales today, it's still a mega cake van menu as we've restocked for Sat 3rd October , Harbour Station, Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways Porthmadog.

Van will be there 10:00 - 3:30.

Menu

Any 4 for £13 60, any 6 for £19.50

Cakes: Victoria Sponge, Chocolate Cake, Coffee Cake, Apple and Cinnamon Cake, Lemon Cake, School Cake, Carrot Cake

Brownies : Triple Chocolate, Caramel Cornflake, Freddo Caramel, Biscoff, Snickers

Blondies: Kinder Nutella, Rolo, Bakewell, White Chocolate and Raspberry, Starbar

🌧️ Clare's - to stay dry under the van hatch in the rain at Harbour Station

🥣 Mine - to be busy in the kitchen preparing more cake for tomorrow and not be fretting about checking the Sum Up app to see how the sales are going

Here's all you need to know for this weekend:

🚂 the cake van will be at Harbour Station, Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway, Porthmadog Fri, Sat and Sun

🕒 van will definitely be open 10:00 - 3:30 - possibly opening a little earlier and closing a little later some days

👭 cake van is in the car park - look past the Booking Office, near the harbour not near the entrance to Spooners

🧁 the menu is loaded with cake, brownies, blondies, Millionaire's, crumble, cookies, Bakewell, crumble

🍰classic favourites like chocolate cake will be on every day, specials like sticky toffee blondie not every day - look out for daily menu posts

🍫 there are some items made without these ingredients: gluten, dairy, eggs and vegan options (possibly a vegan cake for the first time)

👭 Clare will be on the van Fri and Sat but I'll take over from her at some point on Sat and Ursula will have a good go at getting a sellout on Sunday

🏫 You can also find a selection of my cake for sale in the Gweithdy, Minffordd as well

Just a couple hundred more cakes to bake this week. It's all planned out and under control (I hope).
