Are looking for a Part-time Kitchen Assistant —
To join our Friendly, village pub serving classic pub food We’re looking for a reliable part-time Kitchen Assistant to join our small team and help keep service running smoothly.
- Part-time, approx. 10–20 hours/week
- Evenings and weekends required
- Flexible rota, with every Monday and tuesday’s off
Key duties
- food preparation
- Dishwashing, cleaning and maintaining kitchen hygiene
- Assisting chefs during service
- Receiving and storing deliveries, labelling and rotating stock
- Following food safety and allergen procedures
Experience & skills
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential training provided
- Good attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Able to work calmly under pressure and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual,
- Competitive hourly pay (depending on experience)
