I don’t do many cakes at the moment as most of my time is taken up with Angel at my Table, Macclesfield. (Do pop over to the page and take a look & if you are in Macclesfield come in, the welcome is always warm).
However I was asked by one of my sons friends to make her cake. How could I refuse?
Semi-naked, top and bottom tiers vanilla with strawberry jam and white chocolate buttercream. Middle tier lemon with lemon curd and white chocolate buttercream. Decorated with fresh blueberries and blackberries and foliage from my garden.

100% vegan. Totally delicious. And if you don’t know you wouldn’t guess.Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache.
