A juicy beef burger topped with fried onions and guacamole, served with homemade chips, creamy coleslaw and corn on the cob โ€” paired with New Dawn South African Red ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿท

This is a rich, juicy red with plenty of ripe dark fruit flavours, soft tannins and a lovely smooth finish. The fruitiness of the wine works beautifully with the savoury beef and sweet caramelised onions, while its structure is strong enough to stand up to all the delicious toppings and sides.

A very special grazing table for a very special baby shower ๐Ÿคโœจ

It was such a pleasure creating this beautiful spread for my good friend as we all celebrated the upcoming arrival of their little one ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’•

From delicious cheeses and cured meats to pasta salads, colourful cruditรฉs, olives, dips and plenty of delicious treats, this grazing table was the perfect centrepiece for a beautiful day of celebrating, eating and making memories.

With England in the semi-finals, what better excuse to celebrate than with a proper British classic โ€“ cheese & onion pie, creamy mash and baked beans!

My pairing? Sandridge Barton White โ€“ a fantastic English white wine that's bright, crisp and full of fresh orchard fruit, citrus and delicate floral notes. Its refreshing acidity cuts beautifully through the richness of the cheese and buttery pastry, while the ripe fruit flavours complement the sweetness of the onions and even the tomato sauce from the beans.

This English wine is incredibly food-friendly and pairs wonderfully with comforting British favourites.
