We’ve been a little quiet on Facebook lately, but certainly not quiet behind the scenes! 😅

The summer holidays have been incredibly busy here at Mable’s, and as we begin to reach the end of another busy summer season, we wanted to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to our customers and our wonderful staff who have worked tirelessly and supported us.

Thank you to all our wonderful customers, our local community and everyone who has visited us while enjoying their holidays in Mablethorpe. Your continued support, lovely comments, recommendations and familiar faces really does mean a lot to us all.

With so much going on, our Facebook updates may have taken a little bit of a back seat recently — but we’ll soon be back to keeping you updated with everything happening at Mable’s!

🍁 And we have some exciting plans for autumn 🍁

We’re already working on our new Autumn Menu, with some delicious seasonal additions and a few new ideas that we can’t wait to share with you. 🍂☕️🍰

Just a little reminder that we will not be open this Bank Holiday Monday. Our usual opening days remain Tuesday to Saturday, so we look forward to welcoming you then.

💚🥂🌹Celebrating Claire – and Wishing Her Every Success! 💚🥂🌹

As many of you know, our wonderful Claire will be leaving Mable’s Tea Room at the end of this week to begin an exciting new chapter, focusing full-time on growing her own beauty business.

Claire has been by our side since we took over the tea room in 2024. Through every challenge and every success, she has been a constant source of support, loyalty, laughter and friendship. She has truly been our rock, and I honestly don’t know how we would have got through those early days without her.

So many of you have been greeted by Claire’s warm smile, enjoyed one of her amazing coffees, cocktails or speciality drinks, and experienced the kindness and care she brought to everyone she served and met. She had become much more than an incredible barista – she’s became a huge part of the Mable’s family, and she’s loved by both our team and our customers.

While we are incredibly sad to see her go, we couldn’t be prouder of her. She has started and new dream and chapter and she is already doing an amazing job. We are also so proud of how far she has come with her confidence and her ability to step out on her own. We know she will be just as successful in this new adventure as she has been with us.

Claire, Thank you for everything you have done for us, the memories, the laughter, and for always being there to support us. We wish you nothing but happiness, success, and every blessing as you continue to follow your dreams. We will miss you terribly, but we know this isn’t goodbye – it’s simply the start of an exciting new chapter.

Lily, who has recently joined the team, has some big shoes to fill, but we know she will bring her own wonderful personality, experience and continue delivering the friendly, caring service that Mable’s is known for.

If you’d like to wish Claire well, please pop in this week to see her before she finishes on Thursday.
