☕ WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED BARISTA ☕

A rare opportunity has become available to join the team at Mable’s Tea Room, Mablethorpe.

As jobs at Mable’s don’t come up very often, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Barista who is passionate about great coffee, excellent customer service and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has previous Barista and hospitality experience
✅ Delivers outstanding customer service
✅ Works well under pressure and as part of a team
✅ Has a positive, friendly attitude
✅ Is flexible and available to work weekdays, Saturdays and Bank Holidays

The role involves preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, cocktails, taking customer orders, and helping to create the warm and welcoming experience our customers know and love.

📍 Based in Mablethorpe
⏰ Minimum 20 hours per week over 5 days
📅 Closing date for applications: 30th June 2026

🌿 Our New Menus Are Here 🌿

We have held our prices as long as we possibly could, but due to rising costs, we have now had to make some small adjustments, mainly on our food menu.

We have tried hard to absorb as much of these increases as possible, which is why our teas, coffees and most drinks have remained unchanged. Our afternoon teas have also stayed the same 🌷

We hope our customers understand. We remain committed to offering homemade food, quality ingredients and the warm, welcoming experience you know and love at Mable’s.

Made with fresh Bramley apples and creamy Philadelphia, this one has truly been a favourite 💛

We’ll be saying goodbye for now as we wait for the next Bramley apple season — because we only ever use freshly prepared apples, made specially for this cheesecake.
