This bank holiday weekend at The Coffee Pot, we’re serving our fresh and tasty Spring Avocado Toast with Smoked Streaky Bacon.

Toasted sourdough topped with smashed avocado, crispy smoked streaky bacon, cherry tomatoes, spring onion, rocket and a soft poached egg — finished with fresh herbs, cracked black pepper and a little chilli kick.

Popped over to Lusso in Skegness for lunch today and had a lovely meal. Great food, nice atmosphere, and just what was needed on our day off.
