Good Evening Blitzers
I needed to calm down before writing this post
It has come to my attention that my young experienced staff have been a target at people's frustrations whether it be hangry, having a domestic or just plain bloody rude
We will not tolerate this behaviour to our extremely polite, attentive, patient and caring staff who are always there to make your visit the most welcoming and relaxing
We recently have had incidents of

Oh how long is food going to be my carpark ticket is running out

We are not a takeaway all our food is cooked to order and you are in a queue whether you order a full breakfast or just cake be patient my staff would get more shouted at if they queue jumped

That's not done how I like it
Well state on ordering exactly how you like it and we will cook it that way as we have always done

Why is there a minimum of £5 on card payments for a £1.40 drink

Well my card issuer charges me £12 per month for the card terminal plus a percentage on every sale plus £36 for GDPR

Why is my scone cooked more than that one

We handmake each of them they are not rolled and put onto a conveyer belt into a massive industrial oven

Just some of the questions my poor young staff have to deal with
Please think before you try and belittle them some of them have worked for me for 4 and above years they deal with a lot with respect and maturity and are always polite even though sometimes they are made to cry by insensitive people

I treasure their work ethic and their patience and you should too
People often say oh the younger generation are lazy idle and ignorant well my staff are the opposite and I praise them everyday for it
Sorry for the rant but if I don't defend them who will 💖
