The Story Behind Mamma Gina❤️

Mamma Gina is dedicated to my mother Gina, who passed in 2015. She taught me that food is love made visible. A way to welcome, to comfort, and to bring people together. In her kitchen, nothing was ever rushed, and no one ever left hungry; food was her way of saying “SEI A Casa”

Her warmth, generosity, and respect for tradition live on in everything we do here. Each dish is prepared with care, simplicity and heart, inspired by her belief that a shared table creates connection and belonging. It is in her memory that these doors are open, and with her spirit that we invite you to sit, share and enjoy.🫶🏼
