🕊️ 30TH SEPTEMBER 2026 🕊️

ONE YEAR SINCE WE LOST PETER ❤️

Peter was part of Bijou from the very beginning — our biggest supporter, our biggest critic 😂 and, of course, our much-loved Bijou Omelette King. 👑🍳

Over the years, so many of you got to know him — chatting over a coffee, hearing his stories, watching him potter about, or simply sharing a smile as you walked through the door.

There are so many memories of Peter woven into these four walls, and every day we are reminded of him through the people, the laughter and the wonderful dogs who make Bijou what it is.

We miss his voice, his jokes, his advice and simply having him here more than words can say.

But we know he would want us to keep going, keep smiling and keep making Bijou the happy, welcoming place he loved.

So today, from all of us at Bijou — and especially Mum, Nina and Louis — we raise a cup of coffee to Peter ☕️❤️

Forever our Omelette King. 👑
Forever part of the Bijou family.
Forever loved and forever missed.

🕊️❤️

🐶 2027 BIJOU DOGGIE CALENDAR 🐶

I’ve been working really hard behind the scenes on the 2027 Bijou Doggie Calendar, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you! 🥰🐾

I really hope you love it as much as I do! ❤️

I’ve tried my very best to squeeze as many of our gorgeous Bijou doggies into the calendar as possible, but unfortunately there simply wasn’t room for everyone. So if your four-legged friend hasn’t made it in this year, I’m so sorry — please know it definitely wasn’t for lack of trying! 🥹🐶❤️

Now for the boring (but unfortunately unavoidable) bit… 🙈

Like everything else, printing costs have gone up, and the calendars are currently costing us £18 each, plus a whopping £28 postage! 😱🙈
So sadly, I’ll need to charge £22 per calendar this year.

I won’t be ordering any until I know how many people would like one, as I really don’t want to be left with a mountain of calendars and or an even bigger postage bill! 😂

👉 If you’d like a 2027 Bijou Doggie Calendar, please comment below or message me to reserve one. 🐾

And if the price proves too much for people, I’ll have a look around and see if I can find a cheaper company so we can hopefully bring the cost down. 🤞

Thank you, as always, for loving and supporting Bijou — and for letting us fill our little cafe with your beautiful doggies. ❤️🐾

Who wants one?! 🐶📅💕

🎂💗 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR LOVELY PAULINE! 💗🎂

We love our customers at Bijou, but some become so much more than customers… they become dear friends and part of our Bijou family. 🥰

Pauline is definitely one of those special people — and of course, she rarely arrives without her handsome boy Bob Bob, who just happens to be one of King Louis Boo's very bestest besties! 👑🐾❤️

We hope you have the most wonderful birthday, Pauline, filled with lots of love, laughter, happiness and maybe a little birthday cake… although we're sure Bob Bob will be hoping for a share! 🎂😂

Thank you for being part of our Bijou family. We love seeing you both walk through our door. 💗

Happy Birthday Pauline! 🥂🎉
Lots of love from all of us at Bijou — and a very special birthday woof from Louis & Bob Bob! 🐾👑🐾
