Alchemy of the Hidden Self came into the world back in May, but between one thing and another (the chaos was truly horrible timing, wasn’t it?), it never got the proper send-off it deserved. Some books need a launch party. This one needed a funeral for the light half of the year first.

So we’re doing it properly, as Samhain draws in. Arin will be talking through the book — what it is, why she wrote it, what shadow work actually means once you strip the aesthetic off it — followed by a guided shadow work meditation to sit with what comes up.

This isn’t love and light. It’s the part of the craft nobody puts on a moodboard.

Come sit with your own dark for an evening.

📍 Fledgling Studios
🕖 7pm, September 30th

Tickets £15, and books will be available to take home on the night for the original preorder price of £15.

To celebrate the release of the 30th anniversary Pokemon cards, we’ve asked five people who don’t know Pokemon to guess the Pokemon in Holly Garcia-Vico’s original paintings!

Pick up your favourite piece on our walls or on our website - and there’s no queuing in the rain necessary! 🖤

✨ Events at Fledgling Studios ✨

We have lots of events coming up this July. If you would like to enquire or book on to any of the upcoming classes please get in touch. If you’re not already on the mailing list there is a link to sign up in our bio. This is the best way to hear about what is coming up.

On Saturday 11th July it’s Northway Magick’s Birthday and we are celebrating by finally opening the Witch’s Kitchen. It will be a work in progress with hot and cold drinks, snacks (and hopefully some cake) available. And over the next few weeks we will be launching new menu items. What this space for milkshakes…

We have a Wellness Day coming up on Sunday 19th July, we will have more details soon but if you’d like to register your interest please do let us know and you’ll be the first to hear!
