The Courtyard Lytham have started doing evening food on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays till 8 and it's fabulous!
I started off with beetroot pancakes filled with salmon and goats cheese followed by seabass with potato slices and couscous and finally a warm chocolate fondant.
The food is beautifully presented and the flavours are just as impressive!
It's perfect on a summer's evening as you get the evening light coming through and the outside area is in the sun then too!

Lytham and St Annes are two classic English seaside towns in Lancashire, referred to by their dual stage name of Lytham St Annes. In Lytham, arguably the more upmarket of the two, is The Courtyard: a stylish corner in which to enjoy a quality coffee and homemade cake or a colourful lunch with a wine from the curated list. A team of dedicated foodies are the café’s driving force.

The menu is Mediterranean, Asian and British with a twist. The brunch steak and eggs Benedict are in demand and the salt and pepper halloumi and crispy prawns from the light plates options are popular.

After digesting, walk the Ribble Estuary Trail, visit the local windmill, or dive headlong into the sea at one of the Fylde Coast’s sandy beaches. The 15km Lytham
to St Anne’s trail is tantalisingly close, too.
