just finished pulling a overnight smoked lamb shoulder. such a simple cook. lemon juice, garlic oil, rosemary and thyme. Smoked all night at 120 until 6.30 this morning where we pulled it to rest before shredding before serving

Just a quick reminder that we will be open on the 23rd of May at the Barbrook village hall (opposite the Barbrook fuel station) from 18:00 until 20:00 or sold out for collections. Pre orders are available via Facebook, WhatsApp, email ([email protected]) or our website (www.exmoorbbq.co.uk) and are advised to avoid missing out on anything you fancy.
