Good coffee has a story to tell, and it shouldn't all taste the same! It should taste from where it comes from. 🌱

Inspired by the Australian specialty coffee scene, our approach to roasting is all about respect for the bean. When you roast lighter, you preserve the natural sweetness and the complex origin notes.

That means whether a coffee is naturally juicy and fruity or rich and chocolatey, you get to actually taste it. Great coffee deserves to shine - not getting scorched so you'll never find burnt beans here!

Forest Edge is built to be your local third space - that comfortable spot between home and work where community happens.

The Great Taste Awards are a highly meticulous judging process with products going up against 15-20 judges, chefs and critics. It's often dubbed "The Oscars" of the Food & Drink world. So to achieve an award each year we have entered, and for all our best sellers to receive stars is the ultimate validation as a producer. We are super proud.

August Book Club Pick: Glorious Exploits by Ferdia Lennon

In 412BC Sicily, two friends decide to stage a Greek tragedy in a PoW camp. Told through a hilarious contemporary Irish voice, it's a witty, dark and utterly unique.

Meeting is 30th August, 4pm. No pressure to have finished it, no formal agenda. Just a table of people who've read the same book and have thoughts.

You guys bought it back from limited edition to permanent fixture and now it's won a Great Taste Award : ⭐ for S'mores 🎉

"A lighter bean, marzipan and caramel sweetness on the nose. Malty, caramelised, verging on treacle. Add milk and the darker sugary notes coming into their own: milk chocolate, treacle sponge, biscuit and toffee".

The judges called it laid back and rounded. We'd agree.
