Some of tonight’s dinner started yesterday.

Our tandoori specials are marinated with herbs and spices for **24 hours** before they’re cooked in the clay oven.

Chicken tikka, lamb chops, salmon tikka, king prawns… if you normally head straight for the curry section, tonight might be a good time to look a little further down the menu.

When the Warrington Guardian visited Naz’s in April, our PANI PURI was one of the dishes its journalist Val Allen described as another “never had before”.

They’re crisp, bite-sized shells with a small opening at the top. Pour in the tamarind sauce and yoghurt sauce, then eat the whole thing in one mouthful.

The sun’s taking the evening off. You can too. 🌘

There’s a pretty spectacular partial solar eclipse over us this evening starting around 6.10pm, with the best of it around 7.10pm in our part of the world.

And, remarkably, the weather might even cooperate.

So you could watch the eclipse first and come to Naz’s afterwards. (Proper eclipse glasses for the sun. No specialist equipment required for the naan.)
