Been working away on this quietly for a long time so feels a bit strange finally posting it.

🌿 Welcome - New Forest Pasta Co! 🍝

We’re delighted to introduce one of our newest producers, New Forest Pasta Co, a small artisan business bringing the flavours of Italy right here to Hampshire.

Handcrafted in small batches, their fresh pasta is made using traditional bronze dies to create beautifully textured shapes like fusilli, maccheroni and casarecce—perfect for holding onto their rich, slow-simmered sauces (including a deliciously authentic Bolognese 👌).

What makes them extra special? A real commitment to local. Wherever possible, they source high-quality ingredients from producers across the New Forest and surrounding Hampshire area—supporting local agriculture while creating comforting, authentic food with a modern Italian twist.
