What’s in the freezer this week!

Fresh pasta and sauces, made in small batches then frozen at their best.

Pasta: Casarecce and Maccheroni — cooks straight from frozen in minutes

Sauces: Sicilian Caponata, Arrabbiata, and our Fiesolana (pancetta, tomato and cream with garlic, red pepper flakes and Grana Padano)

Sauces defrost in the fridge overnight, then a quick heat through. Pasta cooks straight from frozen.

A varied one this week, here’s one of our favourite focaccia sandwiches

Nduja, roasted red peppers and habanero cheese, finished with a drizzle of hot honey, a batch of amaretti biscuits, fresh out the oven. Crisp on the outside, soft and chewy in the middle.
