This is the high street — right outside our café.

Over the past few months we’ve had more and more conversations with customers, suppliers and locals about vehicle damage caused by deteriorating road surfaces across the New Forest, and this stretch is a good example of what people are dealing with daily.

These roads are used constantly by staff commuting, deliveries arriving, families visiting and businesses operating — and the condition feels beyond normal wear and tear now.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Which roads are causing the most problems at the moment?
