We are also very aware of our responsibility as part of the local community & our environment in the beautiful New Forest area. Some practical examples of this include active involvement in local charitable work, ongoing research into healthier ice cream products, staff car sharing schemes & various carbon footprint reduction initiatives. This year we have installed a solar hot water system which, together with heat recovery from our refrigeration system, has halved our gas consumption. In addition, we have invested in a 50 kW bank of solar panels on our roof which helps to run our machinery when the sun shines. Our Services
