One for the chocolate lovers… 🍫👀 Dark chocolate mousse, brownie, crunchy honeycomb, caramel crémeux and toasted hazelnuts.

Rich, chocolatey, a little salty, plenty of crunch - and definitely not the night to say no to pudding. 👌

Small but mighty 👌 Mini beetroot & goat’s cheese tarts, finished with a candied walnut for a little crunch.

One of the canapés that went out at a recent event - sweet, earthy, creamy and a very good way to get things started. 👨‍🍳

Sunday Lunch Clubs are BACK 🍽️🔥

After a little summer break, I’m very happy to say there are two brand new dates live and ready to book: Sunday 18th October + Sunday 15th November

If you haven’t joined me before, here’s how it works…
🍻 opens from 12pm, so come down, grab a drink and settle in
🍽️ Food is served promptly at 1pm
👨‍🍳 A set three-course Sunday lunch menu
🎟 £35 per person

Good food, a full table and a proper Sunday roast without having to cook it yourself. Hard to beat, really.

I’m back at The Brew Forest this Sunday with a Mexican-inspired menu and some proper weekend comfort food.

☀️ Join me this Sunday, 2nd August, at The Brew Forest for my latest Street Food Pop-Up, inspired by some of my favourite flavours from around the Mediterranean.

On the menu you'll find...

🍋 Italian lemon & herb chicken with panzanella salad, pickled pink onions & whipped feta

🥙 Lamb kofta with Mediterranean couscous, parsley salad, sumac onions & tzatziki

🥬 Greek spanakopita with Greek salad, tzatziki & lemon

🌶️ Marinated paprika chicken with a chorizo & butter bean salad, olives, roasted peppers & mojo rojo salsa
