Not all Amaros are for winter.

On a warm summer evening, there's something rather special about Amaro Lucano poured over plenty of ice.

Bright citrus, fragrant herbs and a gentle bittersweet finish make it wonderfully refreshing – whether you're waiting for your pizza, watching the sea or simply making the evening last a little longer.

Lucano is just one of six Italian amaros behind our bar. If you've never explored the world of amaro, this is a delicious place to start.
