Over the past few weeks I’ve thought long and hard about the announcement I’m about to make and it’s been a difficult one. Whilst I’ve loved being part of the bacon world, I’ve decided that the time has come to call it a day (for the most part). Bam bacon requires a lot of time and effort for one person and the margins are quite small so I’m putting a lot of hours in for very little return. Time to make better use of my time. The online shop will close at the end of May in which time I’ll make a couple more big batches of bacon. I also plan to still offer an offline bespoke bacon making service to my existing customers (details of which will follow soon). I’d like to say a massive “thank you”to each and every one of my wonderful customers for all your support over the past 4 years. I’m sorry to have to pull the plug on shop but it’s time to move onto bigger and better things. Thanks once again. Love you all. It’s been emotional 😉
