I love the pop-up kitchen because it gives talented cooks and creatives a platform to share what they already do brilliantly — without the extreme overheads that come with hospitality today. It means they can focus on their food, their guests, and their experience, while keeping the profit they’ve worked hard for.

We’ve been running for seven years now, and I feel genuinely grateful for all the incredible people I’ve met and had the privilege to work with. We only ever host very special people here — those who bring kindness, talent, and a great energy into the space.
