Lyme Regis, thank you ♥️

Our closing weekend was a bittersweet celebration filled with fantastic food, laughter, and memories shared with our wonderful guests and staff.

After two and a half unforgettable years, we said goodbye to Baroque as we know it, but the love, flavours, and warmth in this space will stay with us forever.

Thank you to everyone who made Baroque so special, and a heartfelt thank you to our incredible team, who brought the warmth and welcoming spirit to life every day.

This isn’t the end – it’s just the beginning of new adventures. One door closes, and another opens…

Just want to emphasise another applaud and gratitude to our staff. It’s truly breaking my heart having to say goodbye and let go of them for now. We couldn’t have done any of it without these amazing, loyal people. Thank you, thank you so very much. Till we meet again, hopefully very soon…👏👏👏

We’ve been overwhelmed with the response to our Last Supper on Saturday, 2nd November, and we’re now fully booked.

But don’t despair – we’re thrilled to announce an extra night on Sunday, 3rd November, giving you one more chance to join us for an unforgettable farewell.

To our beloved customers,

After two and a half wonderful years in Lyme Regis, we are saddened to announce the closure of Baroque on Saturday, 2nd November 2024.

This decision hasn’t been easy, and we are so very grateful to everyone who dined with us and made Baroque a special place.

Join us for one final evening at our ‘Last Supper’ event on our closing night, where we’ll share an unforgettable experience of the flavours, hospitality, and magic that have defined Baroque.

We will be open as normal up until our closure.

Opening times are as follows:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 18:00-21:00

As we close this chapter, we are excited to launch Baroque Room Service, our new catering service offering private dining and pop-up experiences.

Alongside this, we are also introducing Taste of Baroque, a selection of Head Chef, Mark’s signature spices, oils, and sauces to bring a taste of Baroque into your own home.

Thank you for your support and love. We look forward to welcoming you on this final journey and sharing the next steps of Baroque’s story.

I’m so overcome. A wonderful letter from a lovely well wisher arrived at Baroque recently with a cheque. I’ve no idea who this person is, have no idea why, but what I do know is I am truly humbled by such a kind gesture. It really makes you stop and think when someone writes a letter with such genuine care and then encloses a monetary gift. They requested to remain anonymous and I respect this totally.
What an amazing, kind world we are sometimes very fortunate to live in. It’s certainly not all bad. Thank you so much very kind and caring person!🙏

Just realised, we’re one year old today! What can we say about this culinary path? I think it’s all about delivering the best, giving the best and above all striving for the best. Thank you Mark Stout for tireless work through serious heat, your food is simply the best. Thank you to our amazing, caring staff and most importantly, thank you to our incredible guests who are without question the biggest part in our success as the top restaurant in Lyme Regis. Without our amazing customers, where would we be?? One year on and so much to look forward to.
