We’re looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking people to join our team at The Elms, Lutterworth 🍻🍴
We currently have the following front of house and back of house opportunities available:

👨‍🍳 SECOND CHEF
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Second Chef to support our kitchen team and help us deliver great food to our guests.
🔑 Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Preparing and delivering food to a high standard
• Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Helping keep service running smoothly during busy periods

🍻 SUPERVISOR
We’re looking for a confident, reliable and motivated Supervisor/Shift Leader to help lead our front-of-house team.
🔑 Your responsibilities will include:
• Opening and closing the pub
• Handling cash and tills
• Supporting daily management tasks
• Leading and supporting the team during shifts
• Helping ensure our guests receive great service
