Across the UK, hospitality businesses are under huge pressure from rising costs and taxes. Two national campaigns, Hospitality Together and , are both calling for the Government to reduce hospitality VAT from 20% to 10%, bringing the UK more in line with many European countries and giving pubs, restaurants, cafés and hospitality venues a fighting chance.
While both campaigns share the same VAT goal, Hospitality Together is particularly focused on supporting independent hospitality businesses like village pubs, bars, breweries, cafés and restaurants that are under increasing pressure.
This isn’t just about business owners; it affects staff, suppliers, farmers, brewers, producers, customers, local high streets and the communities that rely on hospitality businesses.
The more voices Parliament hears, the stronger the message. STAND WITH US, SHOUT WITH US!
