At 10F Squadron, our volunteers are more than just staff they are mentors, coaches, and role models.

​Another massive achievement for Azim, but this time... he’s trading in his Sergeant stripes for Flight Sergeant!
​We are all incredibly proud of his hard work, dedication, and recent achievements within the RAFAC. We can't wait to see what he accomplishes next in his new role, and we wish him the absolute best of luck!

Being nominated for the Air Cadet Pilot Scheme is both a privilege and a significant milestone within my cadet journey. Aviation has always been a strong interest of mine, and I approach this endeavour with both enthusiasm and a profound sense of responsibility. My journey within the RAF Air Cadets has been shaped by challenge and adversity; however, by adopting the mindset of “what can I do?” alongside a personal motto of “I can and I will”, I have continued to overcome obstacles and cultivate resilience. I hope to make the most of this opportunity by further developing myself, while also using my experiences to encourage cadets who may doubt their own potential due to the challenges they face.

A proud day for the Squadron!
​Last Sunday, our cadets traveled to Ely Cathedral to join the rest of Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Wing for the annual ATC Sunday Parade. It was an honor to parade in such a historic setting and represent RAFAC alongside our fellow squadrons.
​Well done to everyone who represented 10F it was great to see such a strong turnout, including our Squadron Padre!
