New and improved dough this week, best so far! New York style thin and crispy. Italian flours, Italian cheese, Italian tomatoes, Italian toppings, New York style homemade dough. I was using too much dough per pizza previously, I have adjusted that now. I have also included 30% of another flour with more bran to get that nutty flavour. Pepperoni + hot honey/Nduja +Salami/Margherita is the menu for tonight!
