Fresh burger patties from Hannans made and delivered today and being served from 4pm (won’t get fresher in the country for takeaway), potato buns, 24 hr marinated chicken, slow braised Beef Brisket from one of my Tom Kerridge’s cook books. Gordon Ramsays Burger sauce recipe. Mac and cheese, fresh cut chips. Loaded fries now in small and large. Some changes afoot…taking off the Mexican dishes after this weekend and going Italian American! Like and follow the page to stay abreast. Excited about my new pizza oven which arrived yesterday. Pizzas from next week after I get a few days trial and error to decide which style of dough I should go for…I’m thinking New York style thin and crispy would be the most popular for Lurganers and staying in touch with the brand…stay tuned!

I chose to get the original french fry size knife block specially made for my chips. It’s my favourite. It’s between a skinny and chunky fry with the best of both. Crispy in the inside and fluffy on the inside. Homemade from English Markies, aria and piper. The best quality that can be sourced!
