Comfort food at its best… Meatballs, in a tomato sauce, with creamy polenta and a sprinkling of Parmesan. It’s often thought that spaghetti is the usual friend with meatballs, but this is very American… in actual fact in Italy, meatballs are usually eaten with polenta. Why don’t you try it?! I will then go out and source the best possible ingredients,

I arrive at your house a couple of hours prior, to prepare and cook for you and your guests,

I will even do the washing up and clean the kitchen down when I am finished, to allow you to enjoy the rest of you evening!

Hi everyone, I have been toying with this idea for a while as I do miss cooking for a living! but with work and family, finding time to fit everything in it can be a struggle.
