Really great to be able to do pizzas today at the University of Wolverhampton. This was important to both of us because it’s where me meet, studied, and started our own business. Fantastic to be supported as alumni University of Wolverhampton Alumni!!

Cant make up your mind? Don’t worry we do 50/50!!🍕
This is 1/2 la montanara (pancetta, mushrooms & courgettes) and the other 1/2 was this weeks special pizza (wild bit salame & broccoli).
Both served on our 24hour fermented dough with a 10 hour slow cooked tomato base and topped with 100% mozzarella.🤌🤌
