We are super excited to be finally opening our doors to you on Monday. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Big thanks to all our dedicated team who have been extremely busy preparing for all the new rules and guidelines. Our kitchen team have been working hard to source and create some amazing dishes and we look forward to increasing our menu as from Monday.
Please be kind once we open as lots of new systems and procedures will be in place to help make our service to you as great as possible. Welcome back.....at last ❤️

Good Evening, we are looking forward to welcoming you all back to the Hatfield.

To help keep our team and our customers safe we have made some changes to how we operate. Please remember to bear with us.

*Please ony visit us if you feel well.

*Hand Sanitizer stations are located throughout the bar and restaurant, please make sure you use them on entering and regularly during your visit.

*In compliance with Government Guidelines, we are required to record your name, contact number and email for 21 days if you are drinking or eating on the premises. We ask to prevent cross contamination, you do this by emailing us these details on [email protected] . If you do not have access to an email then please let a member of the team know.

*When entering the bar or restaurant, please adhere to our signage and one way systems.

*We also have a new app which customers can use once they find a table. Please download this where you can to order your drinks and food and we will bring your order to your table. You can download it here -

*If dining in the restaurant, you can order via the app or table service.

*If dining or drinking on the terrace, then you can order via the app or at the till points. All food and drink will be delivered to your table to avoid unnecessary traffic.

*We will be running a reduced menu with fewer staff so that we can keep our team and customers safe. Please bear this mind as the service maybe slower and we ask that you show respect to the team at all times.

*Payment is preferred contactless or chip and pin where possible.

*All tables and chairs will be sprayed with disinfectant between each use.

*Please keep children supervised and seated.

*We will be taking bookings for the restaurant however we do not reserve tables in the Terrace or on the veranda. To book for LT1 please call 01502 565337 or email [email protected]

*Our Sunday Carvery will still be available but this will be a plated version to keep safety our priority.

*We will be maintaining social distancing throughout your experience, please refrain from moving furniture around.

*And please don’t arrange to meet in large groups

We would like to take this opportunity to Thank all our customers for being as patient as possible. This is all new to us and we will be monitoring the situation daily to keep our customers and staff as safe as we possibly can.

The day is almost here where we can invite you back into LT1 and we couldn't be more excited.
