✨ WE’RE BACK! ✨

After a few days behind the scenes getting some essential equipment repairs completed, The Aurrie Café is ready to reopen! ☕️🍰

Everything is sorted, the coffee machine is ready to go, the cakes are waiting… and we’re so excited to get the doors open and see all your familiar faces again! ❤️

A massive thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding while we’ve been closed — we really appreciate it.

Now it’s time to get back to what we do best… good coffee, great food, amazing cakes and plenty of chat!

A LITTLE UPDATE FROM THE AURRIE ☕️

Unfortunately, due to some essential repairs that we didn’t see coming, The Aurrie Café will be closed for the rest of this week.

Rather than waste the downtime, we’re going to make the most of it and give the café a good deep clean and freshen up after an incredibly busy Sunday and a hectic few weeks!

We’re sorry for any inconvenience and really appreciate everyone’s understanding. ❤️

We’ll keep you updated and can’t wait to get the doors back open and welcome you all in again very soon.

We’re delighted to shine our latest Artist Spotlight on the incredibly talented Naoimh Fraser.

With a beautiful ability to capture the character, detail and natural beauty of Scotland through her work, we’re very proud to have Naoimh’s art on display here at The Aurrie.

About the artist…

Naoimh is a Scottish artist based between Fife & Harris, specialising in unique watercolours, oil paintings & drawings.

Drawing inspiration from the rich natural beauty & cultural heritage of Scotland, she works from her studio focusing on the little details that reveal the character of her subjects — from landscapes and portraiture to illustrations of wildlife.

Naoimh has exhibited her work across Scotland, including at The House of Bruar, as well as in Maryland, USA. naoimh_fraser

We’re so happy to say our new menu has been a raving success — thank you so much to everyone who has popped in, tried something new, and shared your lovely feedback with us ❤️

One of the favourites so far has been this beauty… 🥙✨
A fresh, toasted flatbread packed with warm grilled halloumi, peppery rocket, crisp salad, and delicious flavours all brought together for the perfect café lunch. Served with our creamy homemade slaw and a side of crunchy crisps — simple, fresh, and full of flavour!

We’re delighted to now have Luvians handmade ice cream from Cupar available at the cafe — perfect for a little treat, a sunny day, or just because you fancy something delicious! ☀️

To start, we’ve got three classic favourites:
