Blanc Pescador is an iconic, lightly sparkling (de aguja) white wine from Catalonia, Spain, known for its crisp & refreshing taste.
Made from Macabeo, Xarelยทlo, and Parellada grapes, it features subtle fruit, mineral notes, and a slight tingle from natural secondary fermentation.
โจAppearance: Pale yellow with greenish hues, bright.
โจAroma: Aromatic and fresh, with hints of white fruit and citrus.
โจTaste: Light-bodied and pleasant, with a fine, natural, and delicate sparkle, often described as a, โsummery, easy-drinking wineโ.
โจPairing: Ideal for Mediterranean cuisine, especially seafood, rice dishes, and white fish.
โจVarietals: A blend of Macabeo, Xarelยทlo, and Parellada grapes.
โจProduction: The second fermentation occurs over two weeks, producing a fine bubble, which is then bottled in characteristic green Rhine-style bottles.
