WE ARE CLOSED TODAY… and we are very sorry.

Never did we think our little shack would be so popular so quickly. So thank you to all our customers.

As we promised you last weekend, we upgraded all of our equipment to keep up with demand. Some of our new equipment POPPED the shack last night and we have been trying to sort it since 5am…

We’ve tried everything we can but it’s just not going to happen today. Now we have no time to prep and just refuse to sell ‘half effort food’.

It’s a massive blow but we want to be around forever and hope you guys can understand there’s just a couple of us behind this sign doing the best we can 😃

We are 99% sure we will open tomorrow but will keep you all updated.

Thats's right. Our most famous chips. Legend says that the herbs and garlic are hand harvested from the woods of Debden Green and churned with the delicious butter gifted by the long horn cattle that freely roam Epping Forest ... Other people say that we make it from
scratch in our shack with ingredients from the market…

Either way, they are crispy, fluffy garlicky deliciousness that make you go WOW 🤩 and you'll never get anything like it anywhere else.

🍔 🍟 ANNOUNCEMENT 🍟 🍔

We can’t thank our wonderful customers enough. We appreciate you guys patiently waiting for you food. We cook from scratch and will never compromise on quality. We will however keep working out ways to get quicker in such a small space every weekend.

Never before have we sold 6 days worth of stock in 10 hours 😮 Yes you heard that right.

So again we start tomorrow with no stock. YES, we will be grafting from sunrise to restock. These are the best days, the fun days when amazing new creations are born and added to the menu.

We had a meeting at 8PM tonight and think we have worked out a way to NUMBER1 Never sell out again and NUMBER2 Get your food out quicker. We will be implementing this, next week. Fingers crossed!

This is the Falcon 🐔 🍃

A crispy AND succulent chicken breast. One that has been slashed and proverbially bashed perfectly into Falconised dimensions. THEN placed perfectly within one of our light and fluffy rolls and hatted with fresh iceberg letty.

The crispy, crunchy crust is made by us along with the naughty Lemon Pepper Mayo that it’s splotted in.
