Are you an experienced pub manager, event creator, or hospitality professional looking to run your own venue without the massive upfront capital cost of buying a lease?
We are offering The Windmill on a turnkey, revenue-share basis.
What We Provide:
Fully fitted, character pub venue and kitchen on a rent-free basis.
Existing infrastructure, fixtures, fittings, and premises license.
Building maintenance covered.
What You Do:
Bring the space to life! Stock the bar, manage food/events, and hire your team.
Run the daily operations as your own business.
Cover operational utilities (water, commercial energy share) and day-to-day running costs.
The Deal:
No high fixed rent. You pay a simple, agreed percentage of total weekly takings—meaning our success is entirely tied to yours.
Complete freedom to run events, pop-up dining, public nights, and community gatherings.
Ideal Candidate:
Must have a personal license (or be ready to take DPS status), proven experience managing a pub or bar, tight stock/till control, and the drive to build a thriving local trade.
