What a beautiful night of music at The Green Place, headlined by Lavinia Blackwall and her excellent band ( just name checked today on BBC 6 Music!).

For over an hour we were treated to a wonderful set which transported us back to the ethereal era of the 70s.
Beautiful vocal harmonies and sublime playing, drifted out over the gardens of The Green Place. A perfect setting for this music on a moonlit evening.

Thanks to all the lovely musicians and especially our volunteers who helped make it a memorable night.
To everyone who bought a ticket and supported the event, 'Thank You'.
As a result we will be planting another 52 trees on Cossington Meadows nature reserve this winter.
Events like this need more people to support it if we want to continue.
Tickets sold and bar sales all help to fund what we do and keep The Green Place a unique place for the community.
