Smugglers Rest Cafe Family run licensed cafe and BBQ nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Talland Bay, just a stones throw away from the beach.

Smugglers Rest is the perfect place to escape the bustle of everyday life and relax in tranquil surroundings. Have a glass of wine or a nice cold beer from our bar while soaking up the sights and sounds of the sea. Children can explore the acre of garden. Looking for something to do!!!! Our friends up at the The Tipsy Cow have live music, a selection of ales and softs and 3 massive tipis to keep you warm and dry!

Solar Eclipse Party - Update

Eventbrite are currently reviewing the issues we had at our event, due to capacity being exceeded.

We hope to have a timely resolution to this so both parties can move forward!

In the mean time all Eventbrite for Organizers should watch my small video about, in particular family tickets and how this can cause problems!
