🎄 EXISTING STALLHOLDERS – WINTER WONDERLAND 2026 🎄

If you have previously held a stall with us at Longton Winter Wonderland or Longton Carnival, you should already have received an email from our stalls team regarding Winter Wonderland 2026.

Please check your inbox and junk/spam folders carefully.

If you have not received anything from [email protected], please contact us as soon as possible.

📅 All returning stallholder applications must be completed by 15 September.

💷 Your stall is only guaranteed once payment has been received.

For existing/returning stallholders, payment must be received by:

15 September 2026

If payment has not been received by this date, your pitch may be released to another applicant.

All stallholders must also provide the correct licences, insurance and supporting paperwork required for their activity, including valid Public Liability Insurance.

Where applicable, we may also require food hygiene documentation, risk assessments, licences and other relevant certification.

⚠️ No insurance = no stall.

Submitting an application or receiving an offer does not secure your pitch until the required payment and documentation have been received.

📧 [email protected]

Please do not leave it until the last minute. Spaces are limited and we need all returning stallholders confirmed as early as possible.
