3 rooms are available for rent at the hub as per photos (floor covering will be sorted and rooms will be emptied before renting out, please ignore the items on the photos, just posting to give an idea of size)

Room sizes are approximate

1. 17ft x 9ft
2. 13ft x 11ft
3. 8m x 5m

There are various small independent businesses based at the hub along with a cafe in the main area. The rooms would suit a tattoo artist, nail and beauty technicians, small office etc

Rent starts at £70pw for the smaller rooms and around £110 for the larger room but this needs to be agreed with the landlord

Great for someone just starting up! Feel free to pop in and take a look, message us and we will show you around

I have changed the inflatable beds to gym mats due to issues with some deflating during a session . The mats I am using are 50 mm and 60mm thick so are comfortable and enable a good vibrational sound to pass through.

Please bring blanket and/or headrest for your improved comfort.💓

We at Absolute Enigma Studio are pleased & excited to be one of The Rowan Keeps stockists. There is the amazing works from the shops owners Beth North 'n' Grit Jewellery & Katy Tweed Equinox along side local artisans & artists work altogether this makes up The Rowan Keep. Hopefully I’ll be running some arts & craft workshops there soon!
